Harry Rands is a Director of Bonneville Capital and Managing Director of Kindale, a privately held real estate investment business with a portfolio spanning multiple sectors across the UK. Harry brings more than 15 years of real estate experience, with a strong track record in stock selection, active asset management, and value creation across a broad range of asset classes. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Patrick Church is a Director of Bonneville Capital with over 15 years of commercial real estate investment experience across the UK and Europe. He has transacted in excess of £500m of investments throughout his career, working across acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management on behalf of a range of institutional and private capital clients. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Director
Peter Hughes is a Director of Bonneville Capital and owner of Kindale, a privately held real estate investment business established in 1976 and held under continuous family ownership since incorporation. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Peter brings a depth of knowledge and long-term perspective that underpins the strategic direction of both businesses. Kindale co-invests alongside Bonneville Capital, providing an established capital base and decades of operational experience across investment and asset management.
